HOWARD S. GROSSMAN, ESQ.

Howard is a veteran maritime trial lawyer. He is a Florida Bar Board-Certified Emeritus Specialist in Workers Compensation, AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell and recognized as a "Super Lawyer" in Florida. Howard has been aggressively representing clients throughout Florida, the U.S. and the world in admiralty and maritime claims, Jones Act claims, Longshore and Harbor Workers’ cases, Defense Base Act claims, medical malpractice and worker's compensation cases for over twenty-four years.

Howard currently serves as the President of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association.

TIMOTHY C. NIES, ESQ.

Timothy is an experienced maritime litigator. Before joining our firm, Timothy was a senior casualty attorney for Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and Goggin, the largest insurance defense firm in the United States. In this capacity, Timothy litigated multiple cases on behalf of Fortune 500 companies. Timothy's unique and valuable experience in defense litigation, and from years of working for insurance companies, puts him in an excellent position to now litigate cases against large and well-funded cruise lines.

Timothy is a resident of Deerfield Beach, a graduate of Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center and a former U.S. Army Ranger.

Timothy's practice includes the prosecution of passenger cruise ship injury claims, boating accidents, Jones Act Litigation, Longshore and Harborworkers claims, medical malpractice and premises liability cases.


In addition to the Florida Bar, Timothy is admitted to the Federal Bar for the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida.
