
Howard is a tested veteran admiralty and maritime law trial lawyer. He is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell and voted as a Super Lawyer for the State of Florida. In addition to his maritime and personal injury experience, he is a Florida Bar Board-Certified Emeritus Specialist in Workers' Compensation.
Howard has been aggressively representing clients throughout the world in admiralty and maritime claims, Jones Act claims, Longshore & Harborworkers' claims, boating accidents, Defense Base Act claims, medical malpractice, product liability, personal injury and workers’ compensation cases for over twenty-four years. He currently serves as the President of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and is on the Palm Beach County Bar Association Board.
