Timothy is a maritime litigator.  Before joining our firm, Timothy was a senior casualty attorney for Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and Goggin, the largest insurance defense firm in the United States.  In this capacity, Timothy litigated multiple cases on behalf of Fortune 500 companies.  Timothy's unique and valuable experience in defense litigation, and from years of working for insurance companies, puts him in an excellent position to now litigate cases against large national and international corporations, including cruise lines. 

Timothy is a resident of Deerfield Beach, Florida, a graduate of Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center and a father of three boys.  Timothy is a former U.S. Army Airborne Ranger (3d Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment), where he learned to react quickly and under pressure; a trait that has assisted him in complex and stressful litigation and trials.

Timothy's  practice includes the prosecution of cases of passenger cruise ship injury, boating accident, inadequate security, medical malpractice and premises liability cases.

In addition to the Florida Bar, Timothy is admitted to the Federal Bar for the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida.  He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, South Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association.
